A Year of Manifesting Wellness
In the first newsletter of each month, I'll be doing a review of the previous month's theme and looking ahead to next month's theme.
March Wrap up
March’s theme was energy. I planned to get outside as much as possible and to do some space clearing.
We had a few really nice weather days where it was glorious to get outside - whether for a walk or to play with Kona. Gayle and I also took a trip to Florida where we had gorgeous weather and did lots of walking. The weather in Indiana was still very persnickety though. I will continue to try to get outside in the months to come. I discovered that American Kennel Club (AKC) has a “Fit Dog” designation that Kona can earn and we can do together. The first level is very achievable.
I also want to celebrate Gayle for doing a major space clearing project in our loft. It’s made the space far more pleasant and hopefully will contribute to an opportunity to get some work done on organizing papers in April.

What's Planned for April?
I have this massive scanning project that I’d like to make progress on in April. The month is busy with client work but I think I still have time to get at least one box scanned.
I also have an idea for organizing some of my annual projects to make them easier to kick off at the beginning of each year. If I get this done I plan to write it up so hopefully, you’ll see it published in the What I Published section in the future.
How is your year going so far?
Some Things You Might Find Interesting
What I published: I had a good amount of client work this week and have a good surprise to share with you next week.
Keep Up With My Cancer Journey: Chemo is hopefully done. If you’d like to follow along in more detail on this journey, you can request access to my Cancer Journey website at https://www.mylifeline.org/invitation/Monroe4702670/c4d9a0945939697870a9267ec2cd951230b25b0e9f023ca466233659967b5e46
Our Trip to Florida: I got to live out one of my dreams while we were in Florida - swimming with a Dolphin. Dot, the dolphin, was an absolute sweetheart and so incredibly smart. I loved this experience so much. It far exceeded my expectations.

Get cash back at the pump
I’ve been using Upside for well over a year now to get cash back at the pump at occasionally at restaurants and on groceries. With upside, you can also see where gas is cheapest which, especially right now, is handy. To get started using Upside, download the app (links below) and sign up for an account. If you’re so inclined, you can enter my referral code: KARA3995. Then, join me in getting cash back. I’ve earned about $50 in six months through nothing more than a check in when I get gas. I don’t drive much anymore though so I know folks who have earned much more since they fill up their tank far more often than I do.
